If for some reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, let us know (via phone, fax or e-mail) within 7 days, and we will promptly issue a refund, a credit on your next order or exchange the unused item. Items returned after 7 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Shipping charges are calculated by UPS and will be automatically added to your order when you check out. Your merchandise will be sent UPS Ground.
